Lucifer started spreading his lies among the other angels. One third of the angels believed Lucifer’s lies and joined him in the rebellion against God’s government. “And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.” Revelation 12:7-9 * “His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth.” Revelation 12:4 * Yes, once Lucifer made the choice to go against God’s government, God could of destroyed him right then before he could spread lies through out the angelic ranks. But if God had done this, all of the angelic host would be afraid of God and would serve Him out of fear instead of love. * New King James Version
