GOD’S LAW VS. CATECHISM
With all due respect to all members of the Catholic Church, the Catholic system has really
dissected God’s holy law, the Ten Commandments, to satisfy their own belief system. I don’t
know when but graven images were introduced to the church.
When you go into most Catholic churches, you will see these graven images set up to honor the
Virgin Mary, Baby Jesus in the arms of Mary, Jesus on the cross or maybe even some graven
images setup to honor the different people that the church has made into so called “Saints”.
The church claims to have the power to make human beings who have died into “Saints” and
then people actually pray to these so-called “Saints” for particular favors.
Yes, it was a wonderful event which occurred when God chose a young woman, who was a
virgin, to be the mother of our Lord and Saviour. The Holy Spirit came upon this young
woman and planted the Seed into her and she gave birth to Jesus Christ.
Mary was a human instrument used by God to accomplish His purpose. Mary was not made
divine and holy by this act and should not be made an object of a person’s worship. Within the
Catholic Church, Mary is held in higher esteem than Jesus Christ. God is the only One to be
worshiped. There is God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
All human beings will die and this is what happened to Mary. According to several texts in the
Bible, the dead remain in the grave till God calls them forth at the resurrection. Mary is not in
heaven, like so many people believe, but is still in her dusty grave.
The following information is given to show how God’s holy law, the Ten Commandments, have
been dissected and torn apart.
