GOD’S LAW VS. CATECHISM
Omitting the commandment against images is one way to bear false witness to God (violating #9
of Christ’s Ten), which takes God’s name in vain (wrongly representing Him, which violates # 3 of
Christ’s Ten). The medieval period of Roman church history with its inquisitions violates the
commandment against killing, (violating # 6 of Christ’s Ten).
Next, we note more fully the changes made to Christ’s sacred words in His law. Amazingly 76%
of the Ten Commandments are deleted; as demonstrated below.3[3]

I
I
I am the Lord thy God. Thou shalt not
have strange gods before Me.
I am the Lord thy God, which have
brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out
of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have
no other gods before me.
II
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven
image, or any likeness of any thing that is
in heaven above, or that is in the earth
beneath, or that is in the water under the
earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to
them, nor serve them; for I the Lord thy
God am a jealous God, visiting the
iniquity of the fathers upon the children
unto the third and fourth generation of
them that hate me; And shewing mercy
unto thousands of them that love me, and
keep my commandments.
